Influenced by Ashtanga / Vinyasa, Chi Kung, Shado Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. A fascinating workshop combining various yoga techniques and methods into a challenging and enjoyable series.
Yoga is made up of varied, creative forms of movement, breathing and stretching. In this workshop, we will focus on the logic of continuum (Vinyasa) to the best practice of yoga and the wise name for physiological and anatomical thinking, as well as in changing states of consciousness.
We will also deal with philosophical issues from the Advaita Vedanta world, practice meditation, and a little pranayama.
The workshop is suitable for experienced practitioners only.
