The exercises will combine movement, exploration and experimentation in the first and second series of Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa and flow, synchronized with the breath that gradually develops.
We will combine knowledge related to high consciousness, Indian philosophy and natural health.
We will understand how things connect to eachother, create harmony and enable deep change within us.
We will experience breathing techniques, cleansing, meditation and learn how to combine this knowledge in a quiet atmosphere of the desert, as part of daily life, to create an understanding of the changing and complex situations of life and how to contain them.
We will allow time and space for listening, observing joy and gratitude.
